Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Data Stored In The Jetseen App

You can delete your Jetseen app data directly inside the app by deleting individual records or using the reset/delete options available in app settings. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

Delete Social Scheduler Connections

If you connected a social account to a Jetseen-operated scheduler or social publishing workflow, you can request deletion of the connected social account tokens and scheduler records that Jetseen controls.

Email privacy@jetseen.com with the subject line Social Connection Deletion Request and include:

• The social platform involved, such as Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X, or YouTube
• The social username, Page, channel, or profile name connected to Jetseen
• The email address you used to request or manage the connection, if applicable

After we verify the request, we will delete or disconnect the social scheduler data that Jetseen controls, including stored connection tokens where applicable.

Platform-Level Data

Deleting data from Jetseen does not delete posts, comments, analytics, messages, media, or account data stored by third-party platforms. To delete data stored by Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X, YouTube, or any other platform, use that platform's own account settings and deletion tools.
