Jetseen Help
How do I change the app language?
Choose one of the supported app languages in the app or system language settings, then reopen affected screens if a label has not refreshed immediately.
Last updated:
What to do
- Open the language setting available for Jetseen.
- Select the preferred language and return to the app.
- Generate a new export if you want its labels in that language.
Why this matters
Version 1.2 localizes English plus Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Russian across major app surfaces. Saved records are not translated facts; their labels are rendered locally.
The trip record should describe what happened. The tracker then applies its configured calculation. Keep documents for disputed boundary dates and avoid changing accurate history only to produce a preferred result.
Check the rule behind the answer
Jurisdictions do not all define a presence day in the same way. Read How to Track Days Across Countries for the rule context and cited sources used by this answer. Official guidance and advice for your facts take priority over an app display.
Before you rely on the total
- Check the country, entry date, departure date, and local time where relevant.
- Resolve duplicate, missing, overlapping, or unreviewed GPS-assisted records.
- Confirm the tracker period, countries, threshold, and tracking direction.
- Export a fresh record after any correction that changes a previously shared total.
When to ask a professional
Ask a qualified tax or immigration professional when a count is close to a legal threshold, an exception may apply, records conflict, or a late correction could affect a filing, permit, or overstay. Jetseen organizes dates and calculations. It does not decide your legal status.
