Jetseen Help
How do I clear all local Jetseen data?
Use the app's local data clearing control only after exporting or backing up anything you need. Clearing device data is different from deleting account-related metadata.

What to do
- Export and back up records you may need later.
- Read the reset scope shown in the confirmation.
- Clear the data, then verify the intended local records are gone.
Why this matters
A local reset can remove the travel record that trackers and exports depend on. Read the confirmation carefully and do not assume a purchase record or platform backup is deleted at the same time.
The trip record should describe what happened. The tracker then applies its configured calculation. Keep documents for disputed boundary dates and avoid changing accurate history only to produce a preferred result.
Check the rule behind the answer
Jurisdictions do not all define a presence day in the same way. Read How to Track Days Across Countries for the rule context and cited sources used by this answer. Official guidance and advice for your facts take priority over an app display.
Before you rely on the total
- Check the country, entry date, departure date, and local time where relevant.
- Resolve duplicate, missing, overlapping, or unreviewed GPS-assisted records.
- Confirm the tracker period, countries, threshold, and tracking direction.
- Export a fresh record after any correction that changes a previously shared total.
When to ask a professional
Ask a qualified tax or immigration professional when a count is close to a legal threshold, an exception may apply, records conflict, or a late correction could affect a filing, permit, or overstay. Jetseen organizes dates and calculations. It does not decide your legal status.
