How do I export my history for my accountant?

Open Profile, choose the CSV report, select the relevant date range, and export the file. Review the dates before sending it to your accountant.

What to do

  1. Choose the tax year or review period your accountant requested.
  2. Generate the CSV and open it once to check names and dates.
  3. Send the file with supporting documents for any corrected or unusual days.

Why this matters

The CSV can include trip, country, tracker, visa, and summary information. It is a factual travel record for professional review, not a tax opinion or a substitute for the accountant's residence analysis.

The trip record should describe what happened. The tracker then applies its configured calculation. Keep documents for disputed boundary dates and avoid changing accurate history only to produce a preferred result.

Check the rule behind the answer

Jurisdictions do not all define a presence day in the same way. Read How to Track Days Across Countries for the rule context and cited sources used by this answer. Official guidance and advice for your facts take priority over an app display.

Before you rely on the total

  • Check the country, entry date, departure date, and local time where relevant.
  • Resolve duplicate, missing, overlapping, or unreviewed GPS-assisted records.
  • Confirm the tracker period, countries, threshold, and tracking direction.
  • Export a fresh record after any correction that changes a previously shared total.

When to ask a professional

Ask a qualified tax or immigration professional when a count is close to a legal threshold, an exception may apply, records conflict, or a late correction could affect a filing, permit, or overstay. Jetseen organizes dates and calculations. It does not decide your legal status.
