Jetseen Help

When will I receive visa expiry alerts?

Jetseen can schedule visa reminders at 90, 30, and 7 days before the saved expiry date when notifications are enabled.

Last updated:

What to do

  1. Enter the visa expiry date exactly as issued.
  2. Enable the desired notification preferences and device permission.
  3. Check the original visa before making travel decisions.

Why this matters

The reminder depends on the expiry date you entered and the device's notification settings. It does not confirm whether an immigration authority has extended, cancelled, or changed the visa.

The trip record should describe what happened. The tracker then applies its configured calculation. Keep documents for disputed boundary dates and avoid changing accurate history only to produce a preferred result.

Check the rule behind the answer

Jurisdictions do not all define a presence day in the same way. Read How to Track Days Across Countries for the rule context and cited sources used by this answer. Official guidance and advice for your facts take priority over an app display.

Before you rely on the total

  • Check the country, entry date, departure date, and local time where relevant.
  • Resolve duplicate, missing, overlapping, or unreviewed GPS-assisted records.
  • Confirm the tracker period, countries, threshold, and tracking direction.
  • Export a fresh record after any correction that changes a previously shared total.

When to ask a professional

Ask a qualified tax or immigration professional when a count is close to a legal threshold, an exception may apply, records conflict, or a late correction could affect a filing, permit, or overstay. Jetseen organizes dates and calculations. It does not decide your legal status.
