Jetseen Help
Where is my travel history stored?
Trips, trackers, visas, citizenships, and supported attachments are stored locally on your device. Optional private backup uses your platform provider rather than a Jetseen travel-history cloud.

What to do
- Treat the device as the primary copy of the travel history.
- Create a private backup before reinstalling or replacing the phone.
- Use CSV export for advisor sharing instead of assuming web access.
Why this matters
Store purchase or account-related metadata is separate from the local travel database. Use exports and backups when you need portability, and read the current privacy notice for exact processing details.
The trip record should describe what happened. The tracker then applies its configured calculation. Keep documents for disputed boundary dates and avoid changing accurate history only to produce a preferred result.
Check the rule behind the answer
Jurisdictions do not all define a presence day in the same way. Read How to Track Days Across Countries for the rule context and cited sources used by this answer. Official guidance and advice for your facts take priority over an app display.
Before you rely on the total
- Check the country, entry date, departure date, and local time where relevant.
- Resolve duplicate, missing, overlapping, or unreviewed GPS-assisted records.
- Confirm the tracker period, countries, threshold, and tracking direction.
- Export a fresh record after any correction that changes a previously shared total.
When to ask a professional
Ask a qualified tax or immigration professional when a count is close to a legal threshold, an exception may apply, records conflict, or a late correction could affect a filing, permit, or overstay. Jetseen organizes dates and calculations. It does not decide your legal status.
